ThermoSeed® reaches Euroseeds 2026 InnovAction Stage final

Lantmännen BioAgri has been selected as one of ten finalists for the Euroseeds 2026 InnovAction Stage, recognizing ThermoSeed® as one of the most promising innovations in the European seed sector. The selection highlights ThermoSeed's contribution to sustainable seed treatment and its potential to support resilient crop establishment.

The Euroseeds InnovAction Stage showcases breakthrough innovations that contribute to a more sustainable, efficient and competitive seed industry. Held during the Euroseeds2026 Congress, this year the competition is focused on the theme “From Kernel to Code: Innovations in seed treatment, packaging, labelling & traceability”. On this stage, the finalists represent a broad range of technologies focused on seed enhancement, biological solutions, crop resilience and resource-efficient agriculture.

Developed as a chemical-free seed treatment technology, ThermoSeed® supports seed health and crop establishment while reducing reliance on conventional chemical treatments.

At a time when farmers and seed companies are seeking solutions that support more sustainable crop production while maintaining high quality and performance standards, ThermoSeed's selection for the InnovAction Stage is particularly significant. It represents recognition of more than two decades of innovation in seed treatment technology and reflects the growing interest in technologies that support seed health and early crop development.
